The Training System
We provide a complete training system that incorporates all the components necessary to be successful. We remove the guesswork and replace it with the science that leads to success. We develop a customized approach to fitness, health, physique enhancement and well being.
Fitness Coaching Sessions
JP’s Fitness Solutions provides fitness coaching in semi-private sessions. This gives you the benefit of one-on-one training and supervision, but in a fun group setting with two or three likeminded people. It’s a great way to get in shape. You receive an individualized program every 4-6 weeks. We believe coaching is more than just adjusting seats and counting reps.

What we do is based on JP's Fitness Solutions Core Values to bring you the best coaching possible based on the most up to date scientific information available.
“Fixed” machines are not and will not be the basis of our training programs.
Every workout is full body. No split bodybuilding routines. We train the body the way it works, all muscle groups working together to develop impeccable form and complete total body strength.
We believe that motivation and assistance with exercise alone are not enough. You should also be educated on proper technique that will compliment your body’s natural motion.
