JP's Fitness Solutions is a professional personal fitness coaching company providing semi-private and group fitness coaching in Jamaica Plain, MA. 

 You'll encounter a straightforward approach that includes the most up to date methods in assessment, preparation, correction and injury reduction to help you achieve your goals.  All of our coaching is based on scientifically supported research not just "gym research" and delivered with our company Core Values in mind.  Our specific process is in place to help you get results and reach your fitness goals.

Making the decision to undertake a new a fitness program, revamp an old one or start completely from scratch is huge! Will I stick with it? Will I be more than just another client? Will I like the members that I train with?
